Rainbow Care Solutions is recruiting a Clinical Lead (TDDI & Complex Care) to provide clinical leadership and oversight across our services, supporting safe growth in the range of packages we can deliver. This role is centred on safe, person-centred delivery of TDDI (Treatment of Diseases, Disorders and Injuries), ensuring clinical interventions are well planned, delivered safely, clearly documented, and supported by strong governance and escalation pathways in line with CQC expectations.
Responsibilities
- Strengthening medicines management (ordering, storage, administration support, MAR completion, PRN guidance and safe disposal).
- Improving the quality of clinical documentation.
- Leading training and competency sign-off (observed practice, reassessments and spot checks).
- Supporting clients with respiratory support and complex care needs.
- Contributing to robust risk assessments and care planning.
- Providing clinical advice to managers/on-call within scope.
- Liaising with GPs, community nursing/respiratory teams and pharmacies, ensuring medication and care changes are communicated and recorded accurately.
- Leading audits (e.g., MAR audits and compliance spot checks).
- Supporting incident reviews and learning from near misses.
- Helping drive continuous improvement.
