Rainbow Care Solutions is a long-established, CQC-registered home care provider with over 20 years experience. We are recruiting Full-Time Home Care Assistants (37.5 hours/week) to support our Discharge to Assess (D2A) / Reablement service across Herefordshire.

This role supports people returning home from hospital to recover safely and regain independence.
