Join Rainbow as a Care Coordinator. Rainbow Care Solutions is a long-established, CQC-registered home care provider with over 20 years' experience helping adults live safely and independently at home. We deliver person-centred domiciliary, complex, live-in and supported living care, with reliable staffing and digital care planning to ensure safe, accurate and responsive support. In our Cannock office, we offer the same high-quality, compassionate service, working closely with families and professionals to provide dependable care in the local community.

About the role: Due to continued growth in our services, we are recruiting Care Coordinators to help us deliver safe, person-centred care to our clients in Cannock and the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for:

  • Creating rotas and updating schedules to ensure safe staffing levels
  • Scheduling and coordinating care visits
  • Matching carers to clients based on skills, experience and needs
  • Liaising with clients, families, and external professionals
  • Supporting carers with day-to-day queries and problem-solving
  • Ensuring care plans and records are accurate and up to date
  • Participating in the on-call rota as required

About you: We're looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience in domiciliary (dom) care and/or care coordination
  • Is highly organised and able to work under pressure
  • Communicates clearly and compassionately
  • Is confident using digital systems for rostering and care planning
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
  • Has the right to live and work in England
  • Shares our commitment to high-quality, person-centred care
