We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team at Rainbo, where we offer a diverse working environment at our head office based in Crawley, West Sussex.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within set parameters of budget, timeline, and scope, whilst effectively monitoring and presenting project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients and project team members.
- Assess customer and supplier contracts, to ensure alignment and that our business is protected – a broad level of contract management.
- Creation of status update reports for senior management and customers.
- Conduct due diligence on new suppliers being added to our database.
- Work with the projects team and place orders with suppliers, when orders are secured.
- Set, manage and monitor project timeline and deliverables.
- Update relevant stakeholders and team members on the project progress.
- Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in contract and project management. Moderate understanding of the finances surrounding a project, including at application through to final delivery. Experienced in expediting all areas related to a contract. Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week and flexible working patterns are offered. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
