We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team at Rainbo, where we offer a diverse working environment at our head office based in Crawley, West Sussex.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within set parameters of budget, timeline, and scope.
- Effectively monitoring and presenting project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and project team members.
- Assessing customer and supplier contracts to ensure alignment and that our business is protected.
- Creation of status update reports for senior management and customers.
- Conducting due diligence on new suppliers being added to our database.
- Working with the projects team and placing orders with suppliers when orders are secured.
- Setting, managing, and monitoring project timeline and deliverables.
- Updating relevant stakeholders and team members on the project progress.
- Coaching and supporting project team members with tasks assigned.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in contract and project management is required, along with a moderate understanding of the finances surrounding a project, including at application through to final delivery. The candidate should be experienced in expediting all areas related to a contract and possess strong business acumen in project planning and management.
This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week, and flexible working patterns are offered. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
