Role Specification

As an Knowledge Engineer at Rainbird, you will deliver trustworthy AI solutions for our clients and partners using our unique decision intelligence platform.

This is a full-time role, working both face-to-face and remotely with our clients and partners. Your focus will be to rapidly build explainable and trustworthy AI models by leveraging Rainbird’s technology alongside that of our ecosystem partners.

Rainbird is low-code and does not require you to have experience in software engineering. You will be involved in building rapid field demos, proofs of value, pilots and full-scale projects.

Working within our multi-disciplinary Professional Services team, you will collaborate with others who are experienced at using the Rainbird platform and other technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs). Our team is friendly and collaborative and will provide you with all the training and support required to help you become an AI expert, leveraging our market leading technology.

While we operate a flexible working policy, you will need to be able to work predominantly from our Norwich office for the majority of your working week. The client facing nature of the role also means some travel nationally and internationally may be required, but this is typically no more than 10%.
