Are you an experienced Civils Supervisor with London Underground experience and LU ICI? Do you have a Civils background with experience working across multi-trade, MEP and building works? Job Title: Civils / Multi-Trade Supervisor Location: Watford / Stanmore / Harrow Rate: £270/day CIS (including agency fees) Contract: 3-6 Months Hours: 07:30-15:30, Monday-Friday Start Date: ASAP (pending DBS check - typically takes 2-3 weeks) We're looking for a Civils / Multi-Trade Supervisor to support a programme of bathroom refurbishments across London Underground stations, covering sites across Watford, Stanmore, and Harrow.
Where you will add value:
- Supervising civils and multi-trade refurbishment works across LU stations.
- Managing site teams and subcontractors across different disciplines.
- Overseeing works including piling, plastering, civils and MEP-related activities.
- Monitoring quality, progress and site compliance.
- Coordinating different trades to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Identifying and resolving site issues and supporting the wider project team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous London Underground experience - essential.
- Strong civil supervisory background.
- Experience working across multiple trades, ideally including some MEP exposure.
- Experience with works such as civils, piling, plastering and general refurbishment.
- LU ICI - essential.
- Valid Sentinel Card.
- Additional LU tickets/competencies desirable.
- SSSTS desirable.
- DBS check - completed internally (approximately 3 weeks).
