Where you will add value:
- Managing the MEP contractor interface, ensuring the subcontractor is ready to mobilise and deliver.
- Overseeing buildability ahead of construction.
- Managing pre-construction documentation and site readiness.
- Coordinating with subcontractors and project elements.
- Monitoring progress and ensuring the MEP works remain on programme.
- Managing sequencing and interfaces across the project.
- Supporting commissioning and resolving practical site issues.
- Working closely with the wider project team to ensure successful MEP delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong MEP Project Management experience, must be contractor-side.
- Electrical background preferred.
- Practical, on‑site MEP delivery experience.
- Experience with BMS and SCADA systems.
- Understanding of commissioning and MEP sequencing.
- Experience managing interfaces between multiple subcontractors.
- CSCS card - essential.
- SMSTS - preferred, but can be worked around.
