Mitchells & Butlers is recruiting for a General Manager in Training at Ember Inns.

You will enter a 12-week induction designed to equip you with the skills to lead across multiple sites within the Innkeepers collection, including an attached 12-room hotel.

You will travel between district sites with support from your area manager and a defined training plan to build high-performing teams and hit targets.
