About the role

We are looking for a result-driven Mid-to-Senior UX Researcher who will play a crucial role in building up our product and improving our user experience by conducting research, analysing user behaviour, and designing wireframes for both desktop and mobile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitors & market research to understand user behaviours & flows, pain points, and needs.
  • Analyse existing user interfaces and design our own solutions.
  • Utilise tools like Visily to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
  • Create user personas, customer journey maps, and usability studies to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Test and validate design concepts through A/B testing, surveys, interviews, and analytics.
  • Document research findings and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and UX best practices to continually refine our approach.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in UX research and UI/UX design.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with frequent changes and iteration cycles.
  • Comfortable pushing updates and new features to production regularly and responsibly.
  • Strong focus on delivering high-quality user experiences through thoughtful design, usability, and research-backed insights.
  • Proficiency in Visily (preferred) and similar design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design (UCD), usability principles, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Experience supporting products from early-stage ideation through scaling to large user bases.
  • Ability to translate research insights into actionable recommendations.
  • A basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience with UI frameworks such as HeroUI.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics tools.
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate and enhance design workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data-driven UX processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Portfolio or case studies showcasing past research and wireframe designs.

Location

Reputed company operates in the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures effective collaboration and communication during working hours.
