As a Customer Care Representative - Delivering Veteran Benefits: REMOTE, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support throughout the benefits process.
- Contacting clients as their requests come in and scheduling appointments to review their benefits.
- Presenting benefits to clients and helping them enroll in their preferred benefit package.
- Providing ongoing support and answering questions throughout the benefits process.
- Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor for their benefits needs.
