MUST HAVE:

  • 8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing or a similar data-driven environment
  • Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR)
  • Mastery of wireframing/prototyping tools; experience with Creative Suite
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences

EXPERIENCE:

  • 8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing or conversion rate optimization environments.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Create data-informed, CRO-optimized user experiences that balance aesthetics and functionality across web properties.
  • Deliver complete, test-driven user experiences—from concept and ideation through high-fidelity prototypes and development hand-off—backed by A/B test results and user insights.
  • Independently manage design projects across various stages: stakeholder alignment, UX research, UI development, and post-test iteration.
  • Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings to inform and validate design direction.
  • Identify and proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputs.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
  • Champion and mentor design best practices, sharing knowledge and driving UX excellence across the organization.
  • Propose and implement design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and design scalability.
