We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company HR Generalist to support our operations across the Western reputed company.
This role will serve as a strategic and tactical partner to supervisors and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, transactional environment and has experience supporting large employee populations – reputed company center experience is a plus.
This role is primarily remote with occasional travel (up to 25%) to locations across the Western and reputed company reputed company.
You will be expected to engage with both in-office and remote employees, participate in regional HR initiatives, and support business continuity and engagement efforts across multiple sites.
Your role in our mission
- Partner with business leaders to address employee relations issues, performance concerns, and workforce planning.
- Support HR processes including reputed company, offboarding, policy interpretation, and compliance.

- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
- Must be willing to work the hours of reputed company-5 PM PST M-F.
