Fixed term contract: Maternity cover - commencing November 2026
Location: Hybrid with minimum one day per week in Crewe, Cheshire
Salary: Circa Β£35,000 per annum
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant and HR Administrator who will support the Group CEO and the Director of People and Culture across all of our operations in India, Tanzania and the UK. The role involves internal and external communications with the CEO and Trustees, governance responsibilities, HR processes such as recruitment, and participation in group projects.
Responsibilities
You will be the primary contact for communications with the CEO and Trustees, meticulously administering governance processes, providing confidential business support, coordinating the activities of the Group CEO, and administering HR processes such as recruitment. You will also be involved in organising specific Group projects, immersing yourself in all areas of the charity.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of supporting senior executive level leadership teams
- Advanced business support skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Attention to detail, prioritisation, and autonomous work style
- Experience of charity governance processes (distinct advantage)
