Your Responsibilities Pipeline Development & Opportunity Generation Identify new business opportunities within your existing accounts through regular check-ins, usage reviews and strategic conversations.

Qualify inbound leads and early-stage prospects before progressing them into the sales cycle.

Outbound Prospecting & Market Engagement Proactively reach out to target accounts in your territory or segment through personalised outreach across email, phone and social channels.

Nurture warm prospects until they are ready for a detailed commercial conversation.

Experiment with messaging and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates and open new conversations.

Tools, Processes & Reporting Use CRM platforms (e. g., Salesforce or Hubspot) and sales engagement tools to manage workflows, track opportunities and ensure accurate forecasting.

Report weekly on sales activity, opportunity progression, account status and upcoming deals.

Contribute feedback to improve sales processes, qualification criteria and customer workflows.

Collaboration & Market Insights Partner closely with Senior Sales Executives and the Commercial team to ensure smooth handovers on larger or strategic opportunities.

Work with Marketing to share account-level insights, campaign performance feedback and emerging customer trends.

Act as a brand ambassador for Railsr, representing us professionally across customer interactions, industry conversations and market engagement.

Your Profile Attitude & Behaviours Highly motivated, energetic and commercially minded, with a strong desire to build a career in sales.

Organised and disciplined, able to manage multiple accounts, opportunities and priorities.

Skills & Experience1–3 years' experience in a Sales Development, Account Executive, Business Development or customer-facing role (ideally in Saa S, fintech or technology).

Experience using CRM systems (e. g.

Salesforce) and sales tools (Hub Spot, Outreach, Sales Loft, etc.).
