Rails is looking to hire an experienced Retail Operations Coordinator to support our international fleet of brick and mortar retail stores in the UK and EU. This role will be based out of our London office.
Responsibilities
- Oversee stock management, including consolidation, transfers, and shipment coordination
- Product Tracking - understanding of allocations and landing dates
- Prepare weekly performance insights and reporting
- Compile and report on monthly and seasonal product hindsight
- Support and maintain loss prevention procedures across all stores
- Manage Shopify tasks, including creating and tracking discount codes
- Handle invoicing and ensure accurate processing of store-related payments
- Assist with planning and executing in-store events, ordering event supplies
- Manage miscellaneous orders for stores and supplier coordination
- Assist with health & safety risk assessments needs
- Coordinate communication between stores for specific events: sales, promotions, trainings, etc.
- Build and distribute line sheet documentation for each collection and product launch
Requirements
- Well-versed and proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Suite
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- In-store retail experience preferred
- Very strong organizational and communication skills with a high attention to detail are an absolute must for this role
- Collaborative by nature; ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners
- Ability to efficiently prioritize a demanding workload and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
- Self-starter with an eye for improving process efficiencies with a sense of urgency to maintain project deadlines
- Ability to travel and comfortable working in store with retail store teams
