RAILS is recruiting for a UK Junior Account Executive & Wholesale Assistant, based at the London showroom and head office in Covent Garden. The ideal candidate will have womenswear wholesale sales and wholesale assistant experience in the contemporary space. The role requires a dynamic and organised individual, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be willing to travel and should possess a UK driving license.
The UK Junior Account Executive & Wholesale Assistant will report to the Senior Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:- Manage territory of UK independent boutiques, alongside a senior account executive.
- Sell four seasonal collections per year via showroom, digital and road appointments, mostly from the London showroom.
- Focus on meeting and exceeding seasonal and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers.
- Prospect for new business and opportunities.
- Plan regular road trips to visit existing and target retailers.
- Drive in-season and reorder business.
- Review and analyze sales reports.
- Wholesale assistant tasks include showroom/sample management, NuORDER order processing and maintenance, sales admin tasks, prospecting projects across territories, and any other tasks as required.
- Targets oriented, highly motivated, organized and driven for success.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Google platforms and B2B systems such as NuORDER or Joor.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with a willingness to learn and advance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work both collaboratively within a wider team and autonomously, with a positive outlook.
