Summary: This individual is fashion obsessed and client- and brand-centric in all efforts. As a Supervisor, they play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring an elevated client experience, and driving commercial performance. They are a passionate brand ambassador responsible for executing store strategy, leading the team on the floor, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational goals. This role ensures strong team performance, operational excellence, and consistent delivery of brand standards. The Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Performance: Take ownership of daily floor operations, ensuring sales targets, KPIs, and service standards are achieved. Drive individual and team performance through active presence on the sales floor. Support and execute business strategies to improve store performance and address opportunities.
  • Culture: Act as a strong ambassador of the brand, both internally and externally. Ensure the store environment consistently reflects brand standards. Promote brand culture and values within the team.
  • Client Centric: Ensure the delivery of a best-in-class client experience at all times. Actively build and maintain a strong client base. Lead by example in styling, selling, and client engagement. Handle and resolve customer service issues in a solution-oriented manner. Oversee client journey follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Marketing & Community: Support and help execute in-store events and activations. Contribute to initiatives that drive client acquisition and retention.
  • Visuals: Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently executed and maintained. Support implementation of corporate guidelines and seasonal updates. Monitor and maintain overall store presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver strong results and exceptional client service. Act as a point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager. Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor training. Support performance management, including addressing underperformance where needed. Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team environment. Manage and resolve team conflicts professionally.
  • Operations: Oversee daily operational activities including opening/closing procedures. Support and supervise inventory processes (receipts, transfers, stock accuracy). Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Protect company assets and inventory control. Support and monitor omnichannel services (Ship-from-Store, Click & Collect, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Retail, HR, VM, CRM, etc.).

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or keyholder role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Passion for fashion and experience in women’s and/or men’s apparel.
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs and sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and retail systems.
  • Comfortable with technology (PC and iOS devices).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs and climb ladders.
