We’re looking for a highly organised and analytical Change & Transformation Office Analyst to play a key role in ensuring our projects deliver real value. Railpen is responsible for the safekeeping and investment of around £34 billion in assets and the administration of several pension schemes, including the Railways Pension Scheme, one of the UK's largest and longest established pension funds. The role
In this role, you will be a key member of the Change & Transformation Office, supporting the delivery of a diverse portfolio of programmes and projects. You will bring rigour to governance, challenge delivery teams where needed, and ensure consistent standards are applied across all initiatives. Working closely with project teams and senior stakeholders, you will provide insights through data analysis, support effective reporting, and identify risks and opportunities early. You will also play an important role in improving processes, strengthening project controls, and helping embed best practice across the organisation.
About you
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across multiple projects. You bring strong analytical capability, attention to detail and the confidence to challenge constructively. With experience in PMO or change environments, you understand project governance, reporting and risk management. You are highly organised, comfortable working with data, and able to translate complex information into clear insights. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, and experience within financial services or pensions would be beneficial.
