You will partner with the Director of Change & Transformation to shape and govern the portfolio, delivering strategic insight and balancing demand, risk and capacity across initiatives.
You will build trusted relationships with senior leaders, drive evidence‑based decision making and continuously improve portfolio practices to maximise value for Railpen’s members.
