Railpen Limited is seeking an experienced pensions professional to join the DC Pension Administration team on an eighteen-month fixed-term contract. The role will support mobilising, stabilising and embedding a newly established DC administration function, reporting to the Head of DC Pension Administration.
You will balance hands-on delivery with leadership support, ensure service performance against SLAs and KPIs, and work closely with employers, investment managers and internal stakeholders
