We’re looking for a Compliance Monitoring Analyst to join us on a six‑month fixed‑term contract in a hybrid role based in London, helping us maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

The role

  • Carry out monitoring and testing as part of the Compliance Monitoring Plan.
  • Maintain accurate records and escalate issues when required.
  • Manage the StarCompliance portal, ensuring data accuracy and supporting colleagues with compliance queries.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in compliance monitoring within financial services.
  • Graduate‑level education or a recognised industry qualification such as an Investment Operations Certificate (IOC).
  • Good understanding of FCA regulations, especially those relating to Personal Account Dealing, Gifts & Entertainment, etc.
  • Experience with compliance systems such as StarCompliance, voice call recording platforms and company policy frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Asset Management is desirable.
  • Integrity, diligence and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
