An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Change and Future Skills Development Lead to play a pivotal role in enabling organisational transformation. This role focuses on ensuring colleagues have the skills, confidence and support to successfully adopt new ways of working, with a strong emphasis on AI capability building and digital enablement.

About the Role: As Change and Future Skills Development Lead, you will sit at the intersection of change delivery, learning and development, and future skills strategy. You will translate complex organisational change into practical, role‑based learning that drives measurable adoption and performance. A key area of focus will be leading the delivery of the AI learning and development programme, AI@Railpen, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Copilot 365 and real‑world AI use‑case deployment. You will design and deliver engaging learning journeys, coach teams in applying AI tools effectively, and ensure capability building aligns with wider business strategy. You will also collaborate closely with change, technology and HR teams to embed learning into the flow of work, using data and insights to continuously refine and improve adoption outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of the AI learning and development programme, AI@Railpen.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning journeys focused on Microsoft Copilot 365 and real‑world AI use‑cases.
  • Coach teams in applying AI tools effectively and ensure alignment with wider business strategy.
  • Embed learning into the flow of work across change, technology and HR teams.
  • Use data and insights to continuously refine and improve adoption outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven hands‑on experience in AI enablement, digital transformation or technology‑driven capability building.
  • Strong experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training programmes in digital or organisational change environments.
  • Background in Learning and Development, capability building or education.
  • Experience working with product, change and HR teams to align learning with business transformation goals.
  • Familiarity with low‑code or no‑code AI and automation platforms.
  • Experience managing learning programmes, content curation and learning analytics.
  • Experience working with or managing external learning providers and partners.
  • Experience implementing or optimising LMS or LXP platforms.
  • Experience in financial services or regulated environments is advantageous.
