Overview We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our Change & Transformation team, playing a key role in delivering high-impact, end-to-end projects across a diverse and evolving portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong investment domain knowledge and a passion for translating business needs into practical, effective solutions.
Responsibilities Work across a range of strategic initiatives, supporting the delivery of change from concept through to implementation.
Analyse business processes, gather and define requirements, and ensure solutions are aligned to both business needs and technical capabilities.
Bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements and supporting the successful delivery of system implementations and data‑driven projects.
Engage with middle and back office functions with a focus on investment‑related change initiatives such as Investment Book of Records (IBoR), trade support, and data transformation.
Qualifications Experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in financial services, ideally within investment or asset management environments.
Solid understanding of financial instruments, particularly funds, and knowledge of equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives.
Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels and comfortable leading workshops, challenging existing ways of working, and driving improved outcomes.
Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments, managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience working on end‑to‑end system implementations, data‑focused initiatives and transformation programmes, particularly within back or middle office environments.
