Railpen Limited in Darlington is seeking a Transition & Operational Readiness Lead on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will own and lead an integrated workstream covering transition planning, business readiness, cutover, and operating model readiness across DC and CARE arrangements, ensuring a controlled transfer into the future operating environment.
