You will shape rail standards by combining robust economic analysis with policy thinking and will inform decisions for industry, government and regulators.
The role is permanent, hybrid based at Fenchurch Avenue, with collaboration across DfT and ORR. A strong track record in cost-benefit analyses and policy development is essential.
