The role focuses on designing and establishing Fleet Engineering capability for DFTO and GBR, while acting as Professional Head for RDG engineering support activities.
You will work with senior stakeholders across industry, influence policy, and shape the future of UK rail engineering while managing budgets and graduate schemes.
