Deine Aufgaben:

Du kümmerst dich freundlich und diskret um die Anliegen unserer Kund:innen und sorgst dafür, dass sie sich bei uns willkommen fühlen. Mit deinen digitalen Kenntnissen bringst du ihnen die Welt der digitalen Bankdienstleistungen näher und unterstützt sie kompetent bei deren Anwendung. Alle Aufgaben im Geld- und Kontoservice wickelst du professionell ab und betreust nach einer umfassenden Einschulung unsere SB-Geräte selbstständig und gewissenhaft. Dabei hast du stets ein offenes Ohr für die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse unserer Kund:innen und leitest sie bei Bedarf an unsere Berater:innen weiter.

Deine Voraussetzungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Teamorientierung
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und am Kundenkontakt
  • Eigenständige, zielorientierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Aus- und Weiterbildung
