Deine Aufgaben:
- Du erkennst die WĂĽnsche und BedĂĽrfnisse unserer Kund:innen und leitest diese an die Berater:innen weiter.
- Du kĂĽmmerst dich um Anfragen unserer Kund:innen am Telefon oder per Email und wickelst diese kompetent ab.
- Du unterstĂĽtzt unsere Firmenkundenberater:innen bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen.
- Du bereitest Finanzierungsunterlagen professionell auf.
