About the Program
Raidical Academy is a 9āweek ventureābuilding program designed for outstanding, purposeādriven talents. You will join a diverse cohort, form new teams, and learn from top industry experts through bootcamps, masterclasses, workshops, and handsāon mentorship. After 9 weeks as an entrepreneur in residence, you could become coāfounder of your own startup, including ā¬400k investment.
What You Will Do:
- Form or join a multidisciplinary founding team to tackle meaningful problems
- Explore emerging markets and technologies, with a strong focus on validating ideas and building MVPs
- Engage in rapid prototyping, customer validation, and iterative venture development
- Pitch to VCs and potentially secure ā¬400k to grow your new venture
- Fullātime commitment, onāsite in London during key phases
- Strong problemāsolving, adaptability, and collaboration skills
- Markets can be chosen by participants; we have backup plans

- Market analysis, competitor research, customer discovery, product discovery
- Creating presentation layer, website, customer discovery, LOIs, POCs, winning first customers
