About the Program

Raidical Academy is a 9‐week venture‐building program designed for outstanding, purpose‐driven talents. You will join a diverse cohort, form new teams, and learn from top industry experts through bootcamps, masterclasses, workshops, and hands‐on mentorship. After 9 weeks as an entrepreneur in residence, you could become co‐founder of your own startup, including €400k investment.

What You Will Do:

  • Form or join a multidisciplinary founding team to tackle meaningful problems
  • Explore emerging markets and technologies, with a strong focus on validating ideas and building MVPs
  • Engage in rapid prototyping, customer validation, and iterative venture development
  • Pitch to VCs and potentially secure €400k to grow your new venture
  • Full‐time commitment, on‐site in London during key phases
  • Strong problem‐solving, adaptability, and collaboration skills
  • Markets can be chosen by participants; we have backup plans

Program Structure:

  • Market analysis, competitor research, customer discovery, product discovery
  • Creating presentation layer, website, customer discovery, LOIs, POCs, winning first customers
