Commitment: Full-time co-founder role (~32 hours per week).

About the program

Raidical Academy is a 9-week venture-building program for early-career builders who are ready to go from zero to startup. You’ll join a tight-knit cohort of technical builders and ambitious operators, form teams, and move fast through sessions, workshops, and hands-on mentorship from people who have built before.

By graduation, teams pitch for a chance to secure €400k in VC funding to launch their venture.

What you will do

• Team up with a complementary co‑founder.
• Explore emerging markets and technologies, validate problems fast, and ship an MVP that real customers will pay for.
• Run customer discovery, prototype, iterate, and close your first LOIs.
• Pitch to VCs and potentially walk away with €400k to build your company.

We’re looking for two types

🛠️ The Technical Hacker: You ship fast, learn faster, and know how to build. You’re a recent CS, engineering, or AI grad (or self‑taught equivalent) who wants to found something, not just work at something.

📈 The Chaos‑Comfortable CEO Type: You thrive in ambiguity, love talking to customers, and can sell a vision before the product exists. You’ve got a commercial or business background and want to lead a venture from day one.

Both profiles: based in London or CET timezone, early‑career (0‑3 years experience), full‑time committed.

Program structure

• Market analysis, competitor research, customer discovery, product discovery.
• Unpaid.
• Building the product, landing first customers, securing LOIs and POCs.

Successful validation opens access to substantial VC funding.
