Duties: Assist in managing all company and family affairs, which includes overseeing daily operations, property maintenance, and renovation projects; Help arrange itineraries for family and business trips, coordinate events, process passports and visas, and facilitate communication with various organizations; Support the care of children's education, daily activities, event planning, and school-related matters; Coordinate and organize family or club events such as banquets and birthday parties, which includes venue decoration, invitation design, menu planning, etc; Assist in managing payroll, benefits (if any), and bonus for domestic staff; Aid in addressing internal company affairs as needed; Facilitate in liaison activities related to art investments; Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
