Duties

  • Assist in managing all company and family affairs, which includes overseeing daily operations, property maintenance, and renovation projects;
  • Help arrange itineraries for family and business trips, coordinate events, process passports and visas, and facilitate communication with various organizations;
  • Support the care of children's education, daily activities, event planning, and school-related matters;
  • Coordinate and organize family or club events such as banquets and birthday parties, which includes venue decoration, invitation design, menu planning, etc;
  • Assist in managing payroll, benefits (if any), and bonus for domestic staff;
  • Aid in addressing internal company affairs as needed;
  • Facilitate in liaison activities related to art investments;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills enable effective management of multiple tasks and prioritization of workloads, backed by over five years of experience in administrative management.
  • A detail-oriented mindset consistently delivers high-quality support services.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher is required, along with the ability to communicate in Chinese for basic daily interactions.
  • Willingness and ability to travel worldwide when needed is preferred.
  • Experience on serving high-net-worth households is also preferred.
