We are now recruiting enthusiastic, attentive and flexible team members to join the Ragley Hall seasonal team!
As an Event Manager, you will support the planning, organisation, and successful execution of events across the Ragley Estate.
You will act as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring all event details are communicated effectively and delivered seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities Assist the Head of Events and Weddings and Corporate Sales Executive with the planning and coordination of events from initial booking through to delivery.
Support clients with event timelines, schedules, logistics, and operational planning.
Produce detailed Event Function Sheets and distribute information to relevant estate departments.
Create temporary staffing rotas in line with departmental budgets and operational requirements.
Coordinate with third-party suppliers and contractors, recommending approved suppliers where appropriate.
For weddings, become the principal operational contact for couples and suppliers following the supplier planning meeting.
Support the planning and delivery of outdoor events, including assisting with Event Management Plans (EMPs) and Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
Assist with event site handovers and ensure venues and event spaces are returned in excellent condition following each event.
Monitor event schedules and ensure key timings are achieved throughout event days.
Resolve operational issues and respond effectively to last-minute changes or emergencies.
Open and close the venue as required and oversee event operations on-site.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, clients, guests, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
Assist with invoicing, event administration, and post-event documentation.
Ensure all events operate in compliance with Health & Safety legislation, venue policies, and licensing requirements.

Calm under pressure and capable of making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays when events require.
Experienced in event coordination, hospitality, weddings, venue management, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management systems.
