We’re looking for a Motion Designer with a mind that moves different.

About the role You’ll play a key role in shaping our motion output, working on projects at all stages of the process.

You’ll bring a strong point of view and the confidence to lead motion from concept through to final delivery, obsessing over the detail and collaborating with project teams throughout.

You’ll take ownership of your work, managing ideas and deliverables to create motion systems that extend brand worlds.

You’ll work closely with the team to articulate the value of motion whilst helping to push our motion capabilities forward.

You’ll thrive on a creative challenge, actively exploring, testing, and refining ideas to push the work further.

You’ll be comfortably balancing multiple projects alongside helping to upskill and mentor the creative team.

You’re actively seeking out emerging tools and technology, using them to enhance your work and the work of the team whilst maintaining a focus on quality and craft.

You build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and inspire both teammates and clients through the quality and thinking behind your motion work.

You have strong motion experience, skilled in After Effects and are passionate about using technology to enhance your ways of working.

You bring a growth mindset to your practice, actively learning, seeking feedback, and evolving how motion is used across brand systems and experiences.
