We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on leader to head our bar at Ragdale Hall Spa.
Responsibilities
- Lead with confidence to deliver a calm, sophisticated bar service that complements our luxury spa atmosphere.
- Design and innovate cocktail menus that enhance guests’ experiences.
- Control stock and ordering to minimise wastage and maximise profitability.
- Inspire and mentor your team, creating a culture of excellence and enthusiasm.
- Drive upselling naturally through expert product knowledge and genuine passion.
- Keep everything flawless, from EPOS accuracy to presentation, allergens, and drink quality.
- Be the problem-solver guests remember, handling queries with warmth and professionalism.
- Collaborate seamlessly with front of house, kitchen and other teams to ensure every service runs like clockwork.
- Champion safety and hygiene while bringing fresh ideas to events and promotions.
