Raft is building the enterprise AI platform for supply chain - the industry that literally keeps the world moving. We’ve built deep credibility in the supply chain sector, partnering with more than 60 global leaders to eliminate manual processes, unify fragmented systems, and unlock intelligence at scale. Along the way, we’ve raised $45M from Bessemer Venture Partners and Eight Roads to accelerate this mission. With the launch of our next-generation agentic platform, we’re doubling down on our supply chain roots while laying the groundwork to expand into adjacent sectors. Designed to handle messy data, fragmented systems, and people‑intensive workflows, our platform is already proving its versatility.
This is not a traditional demand generation hire. We are looking for a GTM Engineer — someone who architects and operates AI‑powered systems that identify, qualify, and convert the right buyers in one of the world’s most relationship‑driven, niche markets. You will own the full demand generation engine from account identification through to pipeline handoff. You will design the system, select and wire together the tools, and be accountable for the output — qualified pipeline for Raft's enterprise sales team. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, revenue operations, and applied AI. If you think in systems, move fast, and can hold your own in a room with freight forwarders and enterprise procurement teams alike — we want to talk.
What You’ll Build
- AI‑Powered Demand Generation System
- Design and operate an end‑to‑end account identification → signal detection → engagement → pipeline handoff engine
- Wire together AI tools into a working system, not a tech stack slide
- Build intent and trigger‑based outreach that fires on real buying signals: M&A, headcount growth, tech stack shifts, compliance changes, trade lane expansion
- Pipeline & Revenue Focus
- Own MQL generation targets and conversion to SAL/SQL — you are accountable for revenue‑adjacent outcomes, not vanity metrics
- Build land‑and‑expand playbooks to convert single‑use‑case wins into multi‑team, multi‑region Raft deployments
- Partner tightly with Sales (SDR and AE) to ensure every lead handed over is genuinely qualified and primed
- Create feedback loops between campaign performance and ICP refinement — this system learns as it runs
Who You Are
We’re not looking for a campaign manager — we’re looking for a builder.
Required
- Proven experience building B2B demand generation in niche, complex, or technical markets — logistics, supply chain, trade tech, or adjacent verticals preferred
- Hands‑on with AI GTM tooling: Clay, Apollo, Perplexity, 6sense, or comparable — you have operated these tools, not just evaluated them
- Able to architect a signal‑to‑action system from scratch: from ICP definition and account scoring through to personalised outreach and pipeline handoff
- Data‑literate and systems‑minded: you think in flows, feedback loops, and conversion rates — not campaigns and impressions
- Commercially credible: you can speak to a Chief Operating Officer at a global freight forwarder and earn their attention
- Track record of building pipeline, not just awareness — you can point to MQL‑to‑revenue outcomes you personally owned
Strongly Preferred
- Experience in vertical SaaS, enterprise automation, or AI infrastructure — you understand long sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder deals
- Familiarity with freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or logistics operations — or the intellectual curiosity and speed to get there
- Experience working alongside SDR or BDR teams and building the assets that make them sharper
- Comfort operating in a high‑autonomy, fast‑moving environment where you define the playbook as you run it
Why Raft?
We move quickly, and the bar is high. You won’t be handed a roadmap. You’ll identify what needs solving, build toward it, and own the outcome end‑to‑end. Impact is the measure. We don’t track activity. We care about what actually moves the needle — for our customers, our product, and the industry we’re reshaping. The problem is real, and the scale is global. The supply chain industry moves $19 trillion of goods a year. We’re building the AI workforce that makes it run smarter. Your work will matter. You’ll operate with autonomy. No micromanagement. No waiting for permission. We hire people who are self‑directed and trust them to deliver. We’re a multicultural team building something unprecedented. We work with the clarity and urgency of a team that knows what’s at stake.
If you care about impact and want your work to shape the future of AI supply chain — you’ll thrive here.
