Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients' pain points, goals, and challenges, and identify opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that demonstrate the value of Raft's SaaS offerings.
- Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close deals to achieve or exceed new business, upsell, cross-sell, and renewal targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting to meet or exceed targets.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements with clients in collaboration with sales leadership.
- Present and demonstrate additional features or products that align with clients' objectives, communicating ROI and value.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to clients throughout their journey with Raft's products.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and identify target segments and verticals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and successful delivery of products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Strong experience in an Enterprise SaaS sales role serving the logistics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
- Consultative selling skills and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve problems.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools; knowledge of market trends and SaaS business models.
