Raft is the intelligent logistics platform that is rewriting the technology playbook for freight forwarders and customs brokers in the automation era. A dynamic UK-based technology company with a global impact across logistics, we are searching for a Customer Implementation Manager who is excited by the prospect of working in a rapidly growing international scale-up. We have significant runway thanks to our most recent Series B funding, which we raised from some of the best investors in the space.
As a Client Director EMEA at Raft, you aren’t just a point of contact—you are a Strategic Manager. You will sit at the intersection of business strategy and technological innovation, partnering with C-Suite stakeholders at the world’s most complex enterprise organisations. We are looking for a high-caliber professional who combines the rigorous analytical framework of a management consultant with the commercial hunter-gatherer instinct of a top-tier SaaS executive. Your mission is to move beyond the "vendor" relationship and become an indispensable partner in our clients’ long-term digital evolution.
Your Impact
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a high-level consultant to deconstruct complex global supply chains and identify critical inefficiencies that can be solved through Raft's intelligent ecosystem.
- Commercial Orchestration: Own the end-to-end commercial lifecycle for a portfolio of marquee accounts, identifying high-value "white-space" opportunities to drive multi-million dollar expansions.
- Executive Influence: Navigate and influence complex stakeholder landscapes, moving fluently between Global Procurement, IT, and the Boardroom to align Raft's innovation roadmap with the client's long-term strategic vision.
- Value Realisation: Transition accounts from tactical renewals to strategic partnerships by executing sophisticated business plans that demonstrate clear, measurable ROI and long-term business impact.
- Internal Leadership: Serve as the "Internal CEO" for your accounts, mobilising cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Success to deliver bespoke, enterprise-grade solutions.
The Profile (Who You Are)
We are seeking a "Player-Coach" mentality—someone who can think 30,000 feet up but execute at ground level. You possess a background in Management Consulting (Tier 1 or Big 4) or have led high-value digital transformation sales at a global SaaS leader. You are an expert in navigating the intricacies of "Big Deal" mechanics, from complex multi-year commercial modelling to high-level legal and procurement negotiations. You have a proven ability to build instant credibility with C-Suite executives and can translate technical product capabilities into high-level business outcomes. You possess a deep understanding of the Enterprise Software landscape and, while specific expertise in Logistics is a distinct advantage, we value the ability to transfer complex domain knowledge from other highly regulated or intricate global sectors. You are driven by "Value Realisation," using data-led insights to prove business impact and turn software deployments into indispensable strategic partnerships.
Why Raft?
As our first Client Director hire in the EMEA region, you will have the unique opportunity to write the rule book, define the market-entry strategy, and set the standard for excellence across EMEA. You will lead the deployment of sophisticated solutions that act as the digital nervous system for the world’s most complex logistics and supply chain networks. Beyond managing accounts, you will be a key architect in Raft’s global scaling journey, influencing our product roadmap and commercial philosophy as we dominate the European landscape.
