Raft is building the enterprise AI platform for supply chain - the industry that literally keeps the world moving. We’ve built deep credibility in the supply chain sector, partnering with more than 60 global leaders to eliminate manual processes, unify fragmented systems, and unlock intelligence at scale. Along the way, we’ve raised $45M from Bessemer Venture Partners and Eight Roads to accelerate this mission. With the launch of our next-generation agentic platform, we’re doubling down on our supply chain roots while laying the groundwork to expand into adjacent sectors. Designed to handle messy data, fragmented systems, and people-intensive workflows, our platform is already proving its versatility.
Supply chains are at an inflection point. The companies that move the world are rebuilding how they operate, and we're the platform they're doing it on. We're hiring a Senior BDR to build the pipeline that matches that ambition.
OverviewThis role involves cold outreach to net new prospects. You’ll hear no more than yes, and the gap between the two will sometimes be significant. What we're looking for isn't someone who's immune to rejection — it's someone who stays curious about it. Why didn’t that land? What would a better opener look like? What's the next angle in? The tenacity matters. So does the willingness to pick up the phone, or think outside of the box when everyone else is hiding behind a sequence.
The RoleThis isn't a numbers game. It's a systems game. You'll use AI at every stage of your outbound to find the right accounts before anyone else does, to build sequences that actually say something, and to book meetings that convert. You won't wait for a list to land in your lap. You'll build the workflow that generates it.
What You'll Be Doing- Use AI to spot intent signals early: funding rounds, leadership changes, hiring spikes, tech stack shifts, and act on them before the window closes.
- Build and iterate enrichment and sequencing workflows in HubSpot, using Clay, Apollo, or whatever gets the job done.
- Run personalised, multi-channel outbound across email, LinkedIn, phone and video, with AI doing the heavy lifting on research.
- Use Gong to coach yourself, not just log calls.
- Co-own territory strategy with your AEs and build real stakeholder maps inside target accounts.
- Share what's working across the GTM team, because you're experimenting with something new right now, not in theory, in practice.
- 2–4 years in a BDR or SDR role, with results you can point to and explain.
- You've built AI-powered outbound systems, not one-off prompts, repeatable workflows.
- You know HubSpot well; if you've worked in other enterprise CRM environments, we're interested in your transferable depth, not just the logo.
- You use Gong as a coaching tool.
- Sector experience in logistics, freight, supply chain, or adjacent enterprise SaaS.
- You own your outputs. You review, iterate, and take accountability for what the pipeline looks like.
- You don't wait to be told what's not working.
The market we're selling into is restructuring. Legacy operations are being replaced, and the companies doing the replacing are talking to us. The pipeline you build here matters, the conversations are substantive, and the product has genuine traction with serious buyers. If you're building something better than what existed before you arrived, that's the job.
Why Raft?Supply chain is the last great industry to be transformed by software. We're here to make it happen — and we need people who grab problems, not assignments. We move quickly, and the bar is high. You won't be handed a roadmap. You'll identify what needs solving, build toward it, and own the outcome end-to-end. Impact is the measure. We don't track activity. We care about what actually moves the needle — for our customers, our product, and the industry we're reshaping. The problem is real, and the scale is global. The supply chain industry moves $19 trillion of goods a year. We're building the AI workforce that makes it run smarter. Your work will matter. You'll operate with autonomy. No micromanagement. No waiting for permission. We hire people who are self-directed and trust them to deliver. We're a multicultural team building something unprecedented. We work with the clarity and urgency of a team that knows what's at stake.
If you care about impact and want your work to shape the future of AI supply chain — you'll thrive here.
