Scope Of Position
The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the comprehensive commercial strategy for Raffles London at The OWO, encompassing all revenue-generating channels, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Banqueting, Residences, and Events. This role ensures that the hotel achieves its revenue, occupancy, and brand positioning objectives while maintaining the elevated standards of the Raffles brand.
As member of the Executive Committee, the Director of Sales & Marketing leads a dynamic team in driving demand, cultivating key relationships, and promoting the Raffles experience to a global luxury audience. The role combines strategic vision, commercial acumen, and an in-depth understanding of the luxury market to enhance revenue, market share, and brand equity.
The Director of Sales & Marketing acts as a key ambassador for Raffles London, creating compelling narratives and campaigns that reflect the property’s heritage, exclusivity, and aspirational positioning.

Operation
Develop and implement the hotel’s global and local sales and marketing strategy to maximise revenue and strengthen brand positioning.
Lead, inspire, and manage the Sales & Marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and performance excellence.
Align strategies across all business segments, including Rooms, F&B, Banqueting, Residences, and Special Events.
Serve as a key member of the Executive Committee, contributing to business planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
