The Events Executive will work alongside the Events Managers to assist with selling and planning all types of events at Raffles London, delivering exceptional service. The role involves ensuring the events offering remains best-in-class, evolving with industry trends, and delighting guests. The position also includes developing new business and contributing to departmental projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in selling and planning events, including managing enquiries, proposals, contracts, negotiations, event orders, and execution to high standards.
- Be present during events to facilitate smooth communication between clients and the operations team, supporting seamless event execution.
- Follow up with clients post-event for feedback and ensure accurate, timely billing.
- Conduct site visits and entertain guests and social agents/bookers.
- Forecast and prepare reports on events as required.
- Perform additional duties in the absence of line managers or as assigned, including working in different departments or restaurants.
Health and Safety
- Report and rectify hazards immediately.
- Be familiar with departmental Fire, Emergency, and Bomb procedures.
- Ensure safety of persons and property by adhering to laws and anticipating hazards.
- Promote health and safety awareness within the department.

- Knowledge of Delphi fdc, Salesforce, Opera PMS
- Experience in luxury hotel environments with standards like LQA or Forbes 5*
