Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Attend to patient enquiries over the counter to provide information on clinic services
  • Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines
  • Liaise with medical teams and patients in making appointments across different medical specialities/clinics within the Group
  • Assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical tasks when required
  • Collate laboratory and radiology results for doctor's review and follow up
  • Perform daily billings and accurate transactions, including closing of accounts

Job requirements:

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level/ NITEC/ Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 – 2 years of working experience in clinic settings preferred
  • Meticulous and organised, able to multi-task and work in teams
  • Good customer service and frontline skills with a pleasant personality
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Computer literate, ability to use MS Word, MS Excel and manage patient registration
  • Must be able to commit to shift work including working weekends, 5.5 days work week
