Job Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of a clinic (or cluster of clinics).
- Develop and establish business and operational plans and goals in line with company's policies and directions.
- Work closely with the Clinic Coordinators and Cluster Manager to ensure assigned tasks and assignments are carried out by clinic staff.
- Lead and motivate the team of clinic staff to achieve patient delight.
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are streamlined and followed throughout clinic(s) and provide feedback to management on issues at ground level.
- Manage clinic manpower resources and operating costs effectively.
- Work closely with Corporate Services to resolve any client feedback on operational issues regarding medical services provided.
- Ensure that service and care standards are adhered to by the clinic staff and doctors, and take necessary corrective actions should there be any discrepancies.
- Conduct regular audits on various aspects (service, patient care, financial matters) of clinic operations.
- Ensure compliance with protocols and adherence to the standards set in terms of safety and quality.
- Analyse statistics and costs in each cluster and implement necessary action policies and business development initiatives to ensure each clinic's profitability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree, diploma, or equivalent in management studies or related field.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages or dialects will be advantageous to better attend to patients from diverse cultures.
- Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant disposition.
- Experience in the service and healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
