Job Responsibilities
- Assist with day to day backend operations of the department
- Manage availability and efficient use of physical resources (e.g. equipment, time, physical assets, supplies, etc.)
- Perform administrative support duties which include appointment making, collation of appointment details and other general administrative duties
- Perform front-line role of providing information for incoming calls
- Ensure efficient, correct and accurate billing
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation for cash floats, cheques and credit transactions
- Data entry, filing and scanning of documents
- Other admin duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level
- Be service-oriented with good communication skills
- Systematic, organized and meticulous in work behaviour and procedure
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel
