Raffles London at the OWO is seeking a Doorperson to join the Rooms Department. You will welcome guests, manage arrivals and departures, and support the valet and lobby teams to ensure seamless guest experiences in a luxury, heritage setting.
Reporting to the Head Concierge, you will uphold high service standards, greet guests by name when possible, coordinate luggage, taxis, and transfers, and assist across departments as needed. A warm, professional demeanour is essential.
