Raffles London at The OWO is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the Food & Beverage team. Reporting to Executive Pastry Chef, you will lead a section, uphold hygiene, quality and service standards, and work across outlets including restaurants, events, and banqueting.
You will supervise Demi Chef de Parties and Commis, manage stock, minimize waste, and contribute to cost control while mentoring junior team members.
