An exceptional opportunity for a Raffles Ambassador to join Raffles London at the OWO. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will ensure a guest‑centred focus and support a collaborative front‑office environment. The role requires a confident, courteous, warm manner and a strong willingness to work in a fast‑paced, ultra‑luxury setting while meeting elevated expectations. The position is primarily based in the Grand Lobby.

  • Build meaningful relationships with guests and create a sense of place in the Grand Lobby.
  • Understand team goals and SOPs, delivering shared objectives in a team‑based environment.
  • Provide professional, courteous service upholding LQA and Forbes standards.
  • Proactively resolve guest complaints, inquiries or concerns efficiently and determine when escalation is needed.
  • Follow up on guest requests, ensuring problems are resolved and expectations exceeded.
  • Maintain organisational skills for daily tasks and deliver them with high efficiency and professionalism.
  • Take on additional responsibilities in absence of the line manager or Front Office Manager.
  • Perform duties required across departments as assigned.
