An exceptional opportunity for a Raffles Ambassador to join Raffles London at the OWO. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will ensure a guest‑centred focus and support a collaborative front‑office environment. The role requires a confident, courteous, warm manner and a strong willingness to work in a fast‑paced, ultra‑luxury setting while meeting elevated expectations. The position is primarily based in the Grand Lobby.
Responsibilities:- Build meaningful relationships with guests and create a sense of place in the Grand Lobby.
- Understand team goals and SOPs, delivering shared objectives in a team‑based environment.
- Provide professional, courteous service upholding LQA and Forbes standards.
- Proactively resolve guest complaints, inquiries or concerns efficiently and determine when escalation is needed.
- Follow up on guest requests, ensuring problems are resolved and expectations exceeded.
- Maintain organisational skills for daily tasks and deliver them with high efficiency and professionalism.
- Take on additional responsibilities in absence of the line manager or Front Office Manager.
- Perform duties required across departments as assigned.
- Confident approach to building new relationships with guests.
- Genuine, captivating personality with a true passion for guest service.
- Willingness and eagerness to contribute to pre‑opening standards and objectives in line with the broader Raffles vision.
- Proven track record providing high levels of service under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong time‑management skills with the ability to multi‑task while maintaining an immaculate and professional appearance.
- Well‑developed technical and computer skills.
- Understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24‑hour operational schedule when required; this role will not include night coverage as standard.
