Job Responsibilities
- To support the Director and Manager of Patient Management Unit in the development, execution and implementation of organizational level projects.
- To ensure the smooth running of the Financial Counselling system.
- To conduct data analysis to support hospital pricing reviews.
- To review hospital bills under strategic partnership.
- To support hospital revenue growth.
- To streamline administrative processes for patients across Inpatient and Outpatient care.
- Collaborate with other departments/ stakeholders to improve existing work processes.
- Promote teamwork, co-operation and harmonious relationship among staff and other employees of the Hospital.
- Participate in Hospital Committees or Workgroups as required.
- Perform any duties assigned by the supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience. Fresh grads are welcome to apply too.
- Attention to details and ability to manage numeric data.
- Can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to communicate effectively and work as a team as well as independently.
